Do you accept small orders?
Absolutely! At Concrete Equipment Supply, Inc., we do not have order minimums.
Can I purchase material from you without being charged tax?
We charge sales tax in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
If you are located in one of these states, fax or mail us a signed copy of your resale certificate.
If your tax status varies, you can let us know when you place your order.
How do I return or exchange something?
Simply send the items to Concrete Equipment Supply, Inc., and you will be given credit upon our receipt of the material.
If you would like to exchange the material, just return the items you don't want and place a new order.
You can send us an e-mail or give us a call, if you need a copy of your invoice, a proof of delivery, or other shipment information.

Make Sure Your Shipment Is Complete and Undamaged!
CESI ships most orders FOB or "Free On Board". This means that it is your responsibility to ensure that the materials
you receive do not have freight damage and that the carrier has delivered all the boxes in your shipment. Inspect all
boxes for outward damage BEFORE signing for receipt. The boxes should not be torn, crushed or otherwise damaged.
If you find damage , either refuse the shipment or note the issue on the receipt you sign.
